Due to its “cosmetic” nature, a hair transplant is unlikely to be covered by the NHS or private insurance. The usual route is to go to a private clinic, but many people find it difficult to pay upfront lump sum amounts.
In such an event, you can make the payments more financially feasible for yourself, according to your budget, by opting for hair transplant finance. Longevita ensures ease of payment for patients by helping them in one of two ways: arrangement of 0% interest loans or setting up of a flexible payment plan.
Interest-Free Loans
If you decide to have a hair transplant with Longevita in London, you can get the surgery now and pay for it later through the application of an interest-free loan for repayment plans of up to 12 months. This will allow you to spread the cost of your procedure, making its payment more manageable and comfortable for you.
Please note that Longevita itself is not a loan provider, however, we can make the application on your behalf to a well-reputed consumer credit provider. They will run a soft credit check (which will not affect your credit score), and you will be given a decision within a matter of minutes.
With Longevita, hair transplants in the UK cost £3,000, which includes a £500 deposit. Afterwards, depending on your repayment schedule, the amount you need to pay each month can vary. For example:
- Cost of Hair Transplant: £3,000
- Deposit: £500
- Loan: £2,500
Repayment Process
- 3 Months: £833,33/month
- 6 Months: £416,66/month
- 10 Months: £250/month
- 12 Months: £208,33/month
You will be charged once per month, and if you would like to make any changes to your payment plan, such as completing the payments early, you can do so. The amount loaned to you will be collected from your debit card.
Although getting a loan is relatively straightforward, there are certain eligibility criteria, such as being older than 18 and being able to repay it. Your finance provider will check your qualifications for the loan before confirmation.

Flexible Instalment Plans
Whether you’re getting a hair transplant in Istanbul or London, you can set up an instalment plan to make payments easier. They do not require any credit check or paperwork and will not affect the price of your surgery.
If you choose this option, you can customise the number of payments and the interval between each payment, which can be biweekly or monthly. You will, however, first have to pay a deposit of £250 to secure your treatment plan’s price.
Keep in mind the maximum duration of the instalment plan is up to 12 months; you can set up a payment plan for a shorter period. For example:
- Cost of Hair Transplant: £1,500
- Deposit: £250
- Remaining Balance: £1,250
Monthly Payment for a 6-Month Plan
- £208.33
However, if you would like to extend its validity by another 6 months, you will have to pay another deposit of £250. It is not an additional charge and is deducted from the total price of your surgery.
If you choose to have any kind of flexible instalment plan, bear in mind that the remaining hair transplant cost must be paid before surgery can take place. If at any time you want to pause or modify it, you will also have the option to do so as long as the payment is made before your arrival in Turkey.
Important Note!
Flexible payment plans are only available on debit cards issued in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. You will need to fill out the direct debit form and submit your preferences. Afterwards, our finance department will set things up for you. Following your acceptance of the agreement, you will receive a recurring link for making the payments.
